Privacy Policy — Roulette Click

This policy explains how the app “Roulette Click” (the “App”), published by KOBESOFT Inc. (“we”), handles information. It applies to the App only. Our company-wide privacy policy is at https://kobesoft.co.jp/privacy.

1. What stays on your device

The wheels you create — their names, the entries, colours and odds — along with your sound and language settings, are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers, and we cannot see them. They are deleted when you delete the App.

The App has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

2. What third parties collect for advertising

The App shows a banner advert at the bottom of the screen using Google AdMob. To serve and measure those adverts, AdMob may collect:

• device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID)
• approximate location (roughly country or region, inferred from your IP address)
• usage signals such as advert impressions and taps

Google handles this data under its own privacy policy:

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent when you first open it. If you decline, you will still see adverts, but they will not be based on your interests.

The App does not show the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

You can remove the adverts with a one-time purchase from the settings screen. Once purchased, no adverts are served and none of the above is collected.

3. What we collect to improve the App

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (both from Google).

Analytics records how the App is used: which screens are opened, how often a wheel is spun, how many entries that wheel had, and whether a celebration was shown. The names you type — wheel names and entry names — are never sent. Only the count.

Crashlytics records diagnostic information when the App crashes: where it happened, your device model, OS version and App version.

We use this only to fix bugs and improve the App. It is not used for advertising. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy for how Firebase handles data.

4. Sharing

Apart from the third-party services described above, we do not share or sell your information to anyone.

5. Children

The App is not directed at any particular age group, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. How to opt out

• Remove the adverts entirely: buy the one-time “Remove ads” option in the settings screen.
• Turn off personalised adverts: on iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. On Android, Settings > Google > Ads.
• Change your consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): delete and reinstall the App, and the consent screen will appear again.
• Stop everything: delete the App. All data on your device goes with it.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the date above.
